Buffalo International Logistics is unreachable!

My order from shein arrived and I received an email from @Buffalo International Logistics with my customs tax amount payable. I paid the amount in full immediately (29 January 2023)

Later that day I received another email from @Buffalo Logistics International that said that the amount has not yet been paid and must be paid immediately or the package will be sent back to China within a matter of weeks.

I tried to contact @Buffalo Logistics via their email support adress, whatsapp support line and numerous times via the customer care line number.

I held the line for 20 minutes only to have my call be dropped. @Buffalo Logistics International is unreachable and does not respond to customer complaints.

I do not want to pay the amount tax twice and I believe that that is exactly what they want me to do. I also sent my proof of payment to them via Email and whatsapp with no response.

I have had a very bad experience with Buffalo International Logistics. Till now I have not received any communication from them regardless of my numerous attempts.
