Buffalo International Logistics is the worst company I ever dealt with

its beet 2 weeks that im trying to simply get my package that i paid for im getting emails saying my package is going to be send back , i keep on calling , emailing. whatsapp but with no answer just call dropping and an automated service asking me to rate their service but buffalo has no service it is truly the worst company i have ever dealt with in my life
