Buffalo International Logistics is TERRIBLE!

I ordered off of Shein on the 2nd of October 2022 and pretty much everything was sorted by the 5th of October, tax paid on the 6th and my order arrived at customs on the 10th. Buffalo still hasn’t delivered my parcel or at least update me on where my parcel is and it’s the 19th. Basically everything is fast until it gets to Buffalo and this has been my experience with Buffalo for my past 3 orders. It’s an extremely disappointing company. One star is being generous.
