Buffalo international logistics is ridiculous

On the 27th I ordered clothes from shein and Buffalo international logistics were keeping me up to date about the payments etc. Buffalo international logistics recieved my money for customs and now they claiming they didn't! I have my proof of payment and emailed it to them but no response. This is really ridiculous as it's my first time ordering and I will never order again because buffalo international logistics is pathetic.
