Buffalo International Logistics is *********** and useless Nxa!

Buffalo International Logistics service is very utterly useless and disgusting. I ordered from Shein on the 10th of December aamd and my parcel arrived in South on the 19th and I paid for customs and Tax on the 21st of December, Tax did clear on the same day and delivery date was updated. Delivery was scheduled to take place between the 28th and 29th of December which is today as per update on the app, So I called in today to find out around what time will the delivery take place as I have not received any kind of confirmation / Communication since I paid Tax, I was told by the the lady that my parcel is still at the warehouse they are waiting for my proof of payment and a copy of my ID, I then asked why am I being told of that on the day of delivery, the lady had decency to tell me that if I don't send the documents to them the order will be shipped back to China and I will not be refunded. I don't have a problem with sending them the Documents but why was I not notified on time. Never ever again buying anything from Shein just imagine waiting almost a month for your package and on the day of delivery you're being told such. 😷
