Buffalo International Logistics is doing me dirty.

I ordered on SHEIN on the 1st of March, waited for buffalo to deliver since I was going home (Joburg) from school (Polokwane) on the 16th of March. Knowing that they don’t deliver on weekends, I wasn’t expecting them to deliver on the 16th but they did and couldn’t get ahold of me. I tried rescheduling delivery but they didn’t even attempt to deliver again but instead sent me numerous emails about failed delivery attempts which they didn’t even do. I have been calling them for over two weeks now and all they say is this week, they will probably say the same thing even next week, and it’s been over 3 weeks of me waiting for my package.
