BUFFALO INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED ,YOUR SERVICE IS VERY POOR

My tracking status was stuck on "scanned into depot" until i inquire about it on temu bot then it changed to "out on delivery today" i even got an sms that my parcel is out for delivery yoh i waited the whole day no delivery was made .when i track my order it says delivery failed reason being contact not available but my phone was on the whole day and no notification that shows i missed their call .and m still using the same number that they used to deliver my previous parcels .and lastly i tried sending emails no help.
