Buffalo international logistics has proved it's incompetence

I am very disappointed in this company because I used them as a courier from China and they did give me the service they promised, they said it would take 1-3 days to deliver the parcel to my door step and it's been 6 working days and I haven't even received any information about my parcel from them. When I try tracking my parcel, the status hasn't been updated since the 18th which was before I paid the customs price. I have emailed, whatsapped and even called them and I have received no response so I figured rather I escalate the matter because at this rate, im going to go into the new year without my parcels.
