Buffalo international logistics has disappointed me

I paid taxes immediately after getting an sms with a link. But I've been waiting for more than a month now 😔 they still haven't delivered my parcel. They keep returning it to their warehouse without even contacting me.. when I call them they say I must fix my address. I don't how because I've been using the same address for a year now its not their first time delivering to it. When check with their agents they keep telling me that my parcel is being prepared for despatch (they've been saying that for 2 weeks now) ..I'm sooo disappointed in Buffalo I used to like it but now I'm not even sure if I'll ever be able to pay for other packages with them . I'm sorry they're gonna have to return them to the retailer because there's no way I'm gonna give them more money knowing very well that they don't deliver .
