Buffalo International Logistics failing Shein Big Time

I wrote a review of the bad service I got from them on Tuesday the 23rd April 2024, Wednesday the 24th they rep**** asking for tracking number saying a consultant will call, to which I rep**** and gave what they asked for. Today it's the 27th and still no action from them.

Buffalo International Logistics I want my money back for what I have ordered including customes.
