I have a order coming from Shein. My address on Shein is correct however on the import tax invoice from Buffalo, which I have paid, my address is incorrect. I have tried MULTIPLE ways to contact you guys but NONE of the numbers or email addresses are working. So now my parcel is going to be delivered at the wrong address to the wrong people. Then I will have to log a query with Shein, then they will contact you, then my query will be sorted out in what 20-30 days?! While my son hardly has any warm clothes to wear. Your service, or the lack thereof is shocking.

12 Apr 2024, 11:30Hi. So, it is over 24 hours since I sent an email, and 22 hours since my complaint on Hello Peter and NO ONE has responded to my email nor has an agent contacted me as promised. I am not a happy customer. My friend also orders from Shein, we live in the same town, yet her stuff is sent by another courier company and already on the way to George. I ordered 3 days before her, and still...nothing, not even a response.
