Buffalo International Logistics equals service
My order should have been delivered on the 3rd of May this year. I have been sending them messages since then to try and get my parcel delivered. Today they respond to say that my order has been cancelled because of either no VAT and import duty paid or alternatively wrong address. I have paid the taxes and my delivery address was correctly captured. So I have lost my original purchase cost plus the taxes paid in respect thereof.
Carte Blanche should have a segment exposing this terrible ****.
