Buffalo International Logistics DONT CARE

I have make a double payment to Buffalo for import tax on 22/08/24 for the amount of R469.91 (2 exact amount payments) 2 minutes apart. Package from TEMU to BUFFALO (Import tax for items)

After i saw both payments got through, i immediately call buffalo and explained what happened. The lady said, i need to fill in the form and sent both payments through to her. - That i have done with all other documents required.

Up till today, NO ONE come back to me to explain what will happen next or when they will do the refund on 1 payment.(see all mails attached)

I hope Hello Peter will assist me as Buffalo do not help or care for any of their clients at all. I did saw on their website, many negative ratings.
