Buffalo International Logistics doesn’t want to deliver my items after paying customs

My parcel arrived on 01.04.2025, they don’t want to deliver it. Yesterday they sent a WhatsApp message that it would be delivered before today. At 16:10 they changed the status to “Customers requested a reschedule for the 30th of April.
