I placed an order with Shien in February which was supposed to be delivered on the 16/03/2023 , which was not delivered to me instead I got a phone call saying my order was in Pine Town when i tried calling the head office there was no response, i email Shien and they said they can not assist me we are now in May still have no ordered, my order was for my child's party which we never got here and her party was not complete because of this service, i am still waiting for my order all my money down the drain cause Bufflo can not get their job done, i will never recommend anyone to buy from Shien for as long as they using this service that many people have complained about , whats the use spending so much , money on things you dont get that is pure fruad and ****ming , rather shop in our malls going forward. disgusting service i tell
