Buffalo International Logistics delivery

I ordered from on the 31th of October 2024 and they asked for customs on the 13th of November, they still haven't delivered my order. I hardly get an update from them, I'm the who's supposed to go after them, they don't respond to my emails nor they pick up calls instead they are telling me the same thing again and again. Their services are very bad.
