Buffalo International Logistics

I ordered a parcel from Temu in April with delivery date between 7 May and 16 May and even paid may taxes to the customs. Never received my parcel. Buffalo who is the delivery service, you can never get hold of anybody . Even emails they don't reply. Then at end of last week received a random email that parcels older than 3 months , are sent back or whatever???? Mine was not even 6 weeks. Then I asked for a refund and I thought a refund means , what it means a REFUND INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT ......LOL 😂.....not with these ****mers!!! They give you another credit. So I had to order another parcel for the same amount and thought , because I have already paid the taxes , they can take that for this parcel???? No they are now even phoning me to ask for another tax amount and said they can't deliver before I have paid the taxes. These ****mers really think that I will pay another cent to them ???? They must be f........ 😧crazy.
