Buffalo International Logistics Courier company provided an excellent customer service experience for international purchases. They kept me updated from the time my parcel reached South Africa at JHB International airport to their warehouse and distribution point in Durban. In addition my parcel was delivered before their projected time frame. They informed me of a delay due to vehicle issues with their driver. Their drivers phone you directly and inform of their expected time of arrival with your parcel. Their driver was very polite, professional and prompt. He found my address easily. Most importantly my parcel was delivered without any damage to the contents. I'm totally impressed with them.
