Buffalo International Logistics Bad Service

I had a bad experience with Buffalo my parcel has been returned to the warehouse. The driver never contacted me to inform me what time they will be coming to deliver the parcel they expected me to be at home waiting for them, when they came to deliver the parcel i wasn’t at home but i wasn’t far from home i explained to the driver and suggested to meet with them or follow them wherever they were going just to get my parcel i also tried to send someone who was closer to collect the parcel from them, they were not interested in whatever i was saying the driver was arrogant and rude!
