Buffalo international logistics bad service

First of all, you wait for 30 min for them to take your call. Secondly when you get cut off they don't call you back. I was supposed to have received my delivery on the 24th to this day I am still waiting. I was told there's a backlog at the airport. I asked the manager to log a call for me and no feedback and nothing still. It's the 30th nothing still NOTHING.
