Buffalo International Logistics - Bad service

I placed a order with Shein on 31 August 2024. Like any other order, expecting my order by 10th of September, Vat and Tax already paid the 18th passed..the 23rd passed. No luck. When I phone Buffalo Logistics SA one operator puts the phone done. The other promise that the Management would phone me the following day. No luck. The operators online are also not responding. First it was anomalies detected in my parcel. Now the parcel is lost. Which is tlit? I either request my order money together with Vat and Tax be refunded immediately into my bank account or the ordered items by no later closing of business 26 September 2024
