Buffalo International Logistics - bad expierence

I ordered tablet from Temu in China. Delivery was supposed to be made by Buffalo two weeks already. It is not possible to talk to an agent on their website. I am not sure whether I will ever get my parcel. My tracking number is BUFZA***YQ. If at they have a warehouse in Pretoria please let me now so that I approach them directly.
