Making Promises but just ignore the Customer going forward. Sitting with a Parcel for Delivery without taking cognizance of the fact to schedule a Delivery following promises to the Customer. Message on WhatsAPP states no answer on the Customer's phone. This is an Old Trick within SA not to conduct the work. It is Teatime, Lunch. Ignore the Customer and send a message of Lies.
