Buffalo International Logistics

Buffalo International Logistics is failing to deliver my parcel bought from Temu. Their system gave an error message after entering my card details but the money was taken from my bank. Their system kept on saying try again. I tried again, it gave an error message but debited my account again. It was on 18 September 2024. They are refusing to accept the proof of payment. They keep on saying that I must pay.
