Buffalo international logistics a disappointment … below zero

Below zero rating , their phones go unanswered all day everyday , their WhatsApp you get no responses , they returned my package saying wrong address for shein but my precious order was delivered in the very same address , am very disappointed , sent an email , multiple emails for enquiry no response , their website they advise us to use for tracking is not helping either , no one called me to say wrong address or anything and parcel has been with them for two whole weeks . Terrible services I swear and very very dissatisfied
