Buffalo international Logistics A bad choice of Courier

I bought stuff off Temu ,Buffalo are an international Logistics company who are used by Temu to make deliveries. I saw on my tracking that the address is right but the area noted is wrong. I have tried to email, what's up, call to no avail, furthermore, on my tracking it says that the package was not delivered, the reason being that It was not convenient for "the client" that being me and yet no contact has been made with me, I know nothing of this. To get a hold of a human to speak to is mission impossible. The amount of time and energy spent on this is ridiculous.
