They have deducted a double payment for taxes on the same parcel. I have been trying to get a refund for the 4 weeks. no communication from them what so ever. I have filled in all their forms and sent my statements to proof the took a double payment. And to date nothing. They don't respond to emails. The telephone number that is on the website, only rings and says, "we are very busy please stay on the line" after 25min no answer. been trying to call for the last 4 weeks no answer. THE MAILS THEY SEND KEEPS ASKING THE SAME INFO OVER AND OVER, I am convinced the cannot read either. I THINK THIS HAS CHANGED INTO A ****.
