Buffalo international logistics

I have a problem with buffalo international logistics, it's almost 3 weeks now waiting for them to deliver my order. Last week I received and email stating that I will receive the order within 24 hours but even today I still waiting. This is the worst company ever. I wish shein can just cancel this company because they will lose customer becoming of this buffalo thing. Or maybe they should give us options to choose which company you want to use to deliver your products
