Buffalo International logistics

Most useless service ever. I paid vat 2 weeks ago. I sent proof of payment over 5 x on e mail and 3 x via WhatsApp to Buffalo couriers. They phone me message me every day to ask for payment of vat. Yourll reply to my e mail saying an agent will contact me.. When.... Your tracking says my parcel is in transit. Lies. I want to know where is my parcel and why isn't it delivered yet. What's wrong with Buffalo couriers.. You guys will lose many gcustomers because yourll have zero customer service
