I have resorted to reversing the purchase made with my bank and opening a case of theft against this company.

My experience is the same as everyone else. They **** and said they tried to contact me and I didn't answer. Another comment added was I refused to sign for the parcel. Today they told me I have to pay another delivery fee.

Ridiculous!
