One of the worst logistic company!!! They don't schedule for delivery. They arrive at the door at any time of the day. No one is able to be waiting for them to arrive for delivery. The driver was poor serviced. All he said is I don't know, I don't know! No proper customer service training! Bad planning throughout the whole company! I then receive a call that I must reschedule! Nowhere on their website has that option. I tried the WhatsApp number and can't get through to a physical person! I tried twice calling the landline, cannot speak to a PERSON after having pressed the options! And then the voice prompt to rate the service! Hugh! really pathetic service for this company! If I could rate 0 I will gladly do so!!!
