BUFFALO INTERNATIONAL LOGISTIC

I have placed an order with shein on the 01st of Decenber . I was told I will recieve my order between the 22nd -25th of December its now the 15th of January and Buffalo International Logistics has still not delivered my order. I called them to query the first time I was told that the accounts department did not receive my customs payment the consultant that spoke to me advised me that she had sorted out the matter. After 5 days when I had called back I was told the exact same thing with the consultant giving me a attitude over the call as if she was doing me a favour. Up until this very day I had still not received my shipment and I'm getting real ****ed as a consumer. I have no idea why shein deals with this pathetic company who does not what they are doing. Honestly they have no system of working at all. I hope they deliver my package soon
