BUFFALO INTERNATIONAL IS USELESS

My order from Shein was out for delivery on Thursday 08 May, driver called after 6pm and we arranged for delivery the next day Friday 12, he **** on the system and said i'm not picking up calls just after arranging with him. I called him again Friday morning after 8am and he said he will call when coming to deliver to, i waited the whole day, call him after 4pm and asked how far is he and he said he gave my parcel to another driver it will be delivered before the end of the day and again it didn't arrive, when i tried calling after 6pm he wasn't answering my calls and again he **** to the system and said i am not picking up when i was the one running after him the whole day. Saturday i call the call centre and they said there is nothing they can do i can only rechedule the delivery and i did and today my parcel is an abnormal parcel and when i call my parcel will be delivered tomorrow because i'm not answering my calls when no body called me since Friday. The driver with name Mpumie Nkosi Couriers is a ****en lier and Buffalo International Logistics is a *** company, they always can't do anything about it when their drivers treat us like trash.
