Buffalo International Flop

My package cleared 20 days ago and I still haven't received it. They don't answer their phones, they don't update the website tracking. They copy paste email replies and no one actually tries to assist. They use the peak season as an excuse - but there are numerous courier companies out there that get their deliveries out on time.
