Buffalo International FAILING at delivery for SHEIN

We have all our Shein orders delivered at my son's work address. Buffalo Couriers didn't phone, send a pin or anything, I doubt if they even was there. Next thing we get is an email stating no one was there to receive and the parcel will be returned to China. hellooooo is there anyone awake at this company? really you should wake up, I will escalate my complaint to Shein directly. On the website it has "hello peter"reviews that doesn't seem like the real thing because I couldn't find them to do the review on here.
