Buffalo International, DESTROYS!!!!!!

If Buffalo can't get your shipment to you, they destroy it. However, they could deliver several of my parcels, except this one, which makes me think that there is something sinister going on here. This is their exact words: "Unfortunately parcel BUFZA::::::::::::::::::YQ remaining in our warehouse due to unpaid taxes or incorrect contact details are destroyed as per our agreement with the suppliers."
