Buffalo international couriers is the worst

I have logged a request for item return with SHEIN and they have allocated Buffalo couriers to collect my parcel. Two weeks later they keep sending daily messages that they will come but they never do. Now my window period to return the clothes will lapse when this is actually not my fault. I tried reaching out to them but they never answer their phones.
