BUFFALO INTERNATIONAL COURIERS - DONT TOUCH THEM

I cannot get anyone to respond to me. I have an order I have been quering as per "accident" my order went to Korea. Trying to find it to no avail and now found a message saying I must pay the Customs Vat but no one at Buffalo with respond to me as to how to do it. So it looks like I have just tossed R2000 down the drain with Temu!!!! Disgusting
