Buffalo International and Shein

The worst service ever I bought stuff in SHEIN my order was supposed to be delivered the latest the 19th December. Im based in Cape Town my order was wrongly delivered to Pretoria then I get a notification my order will bedeivered to me in Cape Town im 3 days its still not in my possession upon checking it just say the receive city is Cape Town shein website say my parcel was delivered how do u even go about this j chat with buffalo phone them continuesly I WhatsApp them yet i dnt get my flipped parcel thats cost me a leg and an arm They dnt even deserve one star
