Buffalo Internation Logistics service is beyond appalling.

I will never order from SHEIN again. I logged a refund on the 2 July. Up to now, the items to be refunded have not been collected. When I call Buffalo International, I am told its being escalated to no sucess. I am not getting help at all, I have called more that 5 times. The service is beyond appalling.
