Buffalo Int. Logistics poor service

For the first I had a very unpleasant experience with Buffalo Logistics.

Their driver failed to make a delivery and **** that I was not home, on the day but I was home the whole day. Called the driver upon receiving an email that my delivery was cancelled, the driver was very rude and couldn’t even have a decent conversation because he was defensive.

I immediately then called Buffalo logistics to lodge a complaint, that was on Friday the 20th December. They promised to give the delivery to another driver on Saturday the 21st December or latest Monday the 23rd. After not receiving any communication on Monday, I then called again and the Agent then said delivery will be scheduled for Tuesday the 24th December. Tuesday still I did not receive any communication or feedback from them.

I am still waiting for my package with no response from them.
