BUFFALO INT LOGISTICS - NO UNDERSTANDING OF THE WORD LOGISTICS!

It's THE WORST "COURIER" COMPANY! It can't be called a "courier" company as they're a bunch of *****ing, lying, BS *******! I would NOT recommend ANYONE to use them! Stay away! The so-called "freight forwaders" they use are all lying. Firstly which courier company does NOT give the client a tracking number for their package????!!!! It's insane and unheard of!!!! They make all kinds of excuses and you can't contact them at all!!!! Your package is either ****** /hijacked / lost (depending what's inside your package) and nobody can tell you a thing or give you any info. If your package is of non interest to them, you will hopefully receive it.

I just don't understand that with so many SH*T REVIEWS on tracktry.com etc and other sites, they're still being ALLOWED to operate. What's the point of people lodging complaints and not a darn thing is done!!

So typical of ******* South Africa, they just turn a blind eye and it's swept under the carpet but to be expected if you look at "who is running the country"

My package has been in "transit" for 21days first supposedly "held at CBCU" then released, then sent to Warehouse, then in transit. Then between JHB & CT depots. Then "MISDIRECTED" to BLOEMFONTEIN DEPOT!!!!???? ***, can't YOU READ???? HUGE difference between CT AND BFN!!! Now between BFN & CT depots... I don't know IF I WILL EVER RECEIVE MY PACKAGE and If I do, will the ENTIRE contents still be in it or will some of it just magically have disappeared!!!!!???

Don't know why I am actually posting this REVIEW!! As per USUAL with so many COMPLAINTS ETC STILL NOTHING WILL BE DONE ABOUT THIS ******* COMPANY!! At least I hope that others see this about BUFFALO INT LOGISTICS, KEMPTON PARK, SOUTH AFRICA. Don't even bother to phone because NOBODY ANSWERS or the call is Cut before even being answered!!

****PEST COMPANY I have EVER had to try and deal with!!
