Failure to train it's delivery guys. A rude guy name Walter Mohufi Shein, he's cell number is ***, is suppose to deliver my package, decided to go back with it. I asked where he was so I can direct him to my place, he said, I don't have time to waste, you will find your package in hell. How can someone who is at work speak like that to a customer? I'm disappointed and don't think I'll ever buy from online stores that uses Buffalo Int logistics to deliver
