Buffalo Int Logistics - DON'T trust them - they took my money.

They are deliberately avoiding refunding the Customs and Tax I paid over to them for a TEMU parcel, which I never received. I have provided them with the proof of payment, and a copy of my bank statement showing the payment made. They just keep sending me nonsensical emails, about destroyed packages and refund forms. But they never provide the forms they are asking me to complete. I have informed TEMU that I will never buy from them again as long as the keep using Buffalo. I want my money.
