Buffalo Int Courier service

Buffalo should team up with more professional couriers if they outsource there business to clients. Yes they could be busy and all that but you make the people you provide a service for very bad. I received a sms stating your parcel is out and should receive in 48hr.. Patiently I'm waiting on that call say, either I'm on my way or at your Adress.. Nothing still waiting, only to receive a message again that they were there and no one home on the 16/1, but wait it gets better, also no one home on the 18th at 03h45am in the morning, good heavens people is at sleep that time of the morning, for sure they are home. But I woke up to this sms stating all this on the 18th but hold on, you can gladly reschedule a delivery at a additional cost.. I meant really, you make no effort of calling to say you on your way, no one home but my vehicle is in front of my house, and then to follow up and say that at 3h45am there is also no one home.

Call centre just as useless for I called that very same 18th to just call again on the 20th just to hear that you'll have to wait another day.

If I had a international business I'll most definitely read a few reviews before sign up with people.
