Buffalo-I want my package, please

Buffalo does not deliver my package eversince they sent me a message that the package is out for delivery now they are making stories that they cannot locate me and my contacts are unavailable. I suggested a solution via email when they say they are unable to locate me and secondly gave them screenshorts and links for the precise gps location but still i have not received my package. When I enquire on shein, buffalo website, whatsapp there are different statuses about the package. I have long been waiting for my package , the do not bother to contact the number proovided for futher directions of the location they just say they've attempted to call.
