Buffalo HORRIBLE SERVICE

Worstttt experience ever! I’ve been ordering on Shein and using buffelo for years. It’s never been THIS HORRIBLE. I’ve called Buffalo 12 times, I have spoken to 6 people, I have send 3 emails and still no package! I am still getting emails about my not even though I have made the payment and send the proof. AND STILL NO ONE can give me an answer !
