BUFFALO has the worse service

Buffalo is the worse logistics company ever they have a very poor service and are never willing to help their customers I placed an order with shein on the 1st of March till today I haven’t received my order on top of that their drivers are ****s the driver **** and said he came on Saturday and found offices closed yet he I didn’t even show up as he didn’t even confirm with me if I’m at the location this is not the first time this thing happens I called they are never available to answer our calls you can stay on the line for hours and they won’t take your calls even their WhatsApp number which they claim we can use they don’t respond

I called until this one guy picked thee call which I felt he didn’t understand how important that call was I asked him to put me through his manager the lady who was x10 rude you could tell that she wanted the call to end already she said she will revert back to me yet she didn’t even take my phone number nor my email I so wish SHEIN could use another company not BUFFALO and I so wish buffalo could improve firstly by teaching their management a good customer !
