Buffalo.

I have never been so disappointed. I ordered at shein and my package has to arrive the latest on the 3rd of April because i am going out of the country on the 4th of April. Now buffalo tells me "Logistics providers"are experiencing resources shortage yet Imile has delivered my package. I am so annoyed with Buffalo.
