Buffalo drivers

Buffalo driver decided to wait at the police station so I couldn't come collect my parcel there.. Why do they ask for address and not that of the nearest police station if they don't come straight to my address

The guy is even rude and fine I decided to send someone to go collect it for me.. The delivery guy decided to switch his phone off

I'm never recommend anyone to use Buffalo I mean my parcel was send back last time because of this everyone is at work
